How to Pay

We can accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta.

Export Only (outside EU)

All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that Alison Capeling cannot be held liable for any local import duties and taxes.

Delivery

Stock permitting all orders placed by mail order or on the web are usually dispatched within 48 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 5 -10 working days.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. Orders are sent out by Royal Mail or Courier, and a signature is required upon receipt. Therefore, please provide an address where someone will be in (a work address, a neighbour etc.)

Delivery charges outside of the UK are calculated automatically depending on weight and will be displayed to you before you are asked for your card details

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your goods. Please check all items immediately on arrival. Some products will vary slightly as they are handmade. If the goods you have chosen do not meet with your approval, please call us on:
